When you choose to purchase one of our installations, you automatically receive a complimentary first year of technical support, complete with 24/7 access to an on-call engineer. 

To ensure that you stay informed about your system's maintenance needs, we will kindly remind you of upcoming service visits through a personalized letter or email. 

Upon receiving this reminder, you will have the option to proceed with the agreed-upon amount and extend your coverage for an additional 12 months. 

Alternatively, if we do not hear from you, we will promptly cancel your maintenance contract. We firmly believe in transparency and fairness, which is why we do not endorse automatic renewal unless specifically requested by our clients. 

It is important to note that our out-of-hours access to an on-call engineer is exclusively available to our valued service contract clients.
